She is survived by: her children, Brett Harty and Shannon Ewing; her granddaughters, Lila Wilks and Kendall Harty; and her siblings, Mike Milligan, Billy Milligan, Daniel Milligan, Mary Horowitz and Anne Milligan. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews and many friends.
