She was predeceased by: her parent Jones E.. She is survived by: her parent Margaret Y. Bowden; and her sisters, Cathey Frei of Vienna, VA., Judy Fifer (Tony) of Bluffton, SC., Margaret Elaine Bowden of Memphis, TN. and Colleen Hickerson of Independence, MS.. She is also survived by four nephews, one great- nephew and two great- nieces.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to be sent to Mission Hospital Neurotrauma Unit, 509 Biltmore Avenue, Asheville, NC 28801, whose compassionate staff gave her loving continual care until her last breath.
