He is survived by: his father Sam Phillips; his spouse Lauren Lyon Phillips; his children, Ethan Wesley and Thomas Aidan; his sisters, Tiffany Couch (Tommy) of Jackson, MS, Lesle Heinz (Matthew) of Memphis, Ashlee Phillips (Will Brewer) of Memphis and Courtney Smith (Stephen) of Frisco, TX; and his nieces and nephews, John Thomas, Peyton Couch, Carter, Sam Heinz, Coby, Presley Bennett, Graham, Sadie Smith and Addison Lyon.
