He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ross Foshee and Vesta Foshee; his wife Jacqueline Elizabeth Miller; his children, Debbi Foshee, Elizabeth Hewgley (Mike) and Jonathan Foshee (Dina); his grandchildren, Amanda Hewgley, Christina Cunningham (Jon) and Alex Foshee; his siblings, Edwin Foshee, Carl Foshee (Rosie), Donald Foshee (Carolyn) and Marilyn Willis; and his sister-in-law Joyce Campbell. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
