He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer David Turner and Lucy Turner Faulkner; his brothers, Joe R. Turner and Jimmy Lynn Turner; his grandparents, John Baker and Henrie Baker Dickie; and his brother-in-law Billy Person.
He is survived by: his sisters, Donna Turner Chapman (Jimmy), Jonnie Turner Person (Dudley) and Jessica Riggs Tidwell (Alan); his significant other Cooper; and his niece Bella Mills. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
