It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rodney Y. Wolf of Memphis, Tennessee, who passed away on March 27, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rodney Y. Wolf to pay them a last tribute.

He is survived by: his son Dr. Bradley Wolf; his wife Brenda Cook Wolf; and his children, Gary Wolf, Kelly Wolf Burkholder and Dory Wolf Sims. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Baptist Memorial Health Care Foundation, Temple Israel, or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

“Dr. Wolf was a fantastic surgeon and friend. I had the privilege of working with him from 1992-94 in Memphis. We remained good friends and it was always a pleasure to visit with him and catch up. He was a technically gifted surgeon who helped me through many a tough case. I am forever grateful and I am sure my patients have benefited from his teachings. My condolences to his family.”
