He is survived by: his children, Kristen Bennett (Christopher) of Billerica, Jared Whitaker (Erin) of Lawrence and David Whitaker (Danielle) of Lawrence; his grandchildren, Cameron, Cole, Christian and Charlotte; his siblings, Richard Whitaker (Diane) and Aylane Eastman of Lynnfield; his nieces and nephews, Hope, Leslie and Cheryl; and his former wife Margaret Whitaker of Revere.
