He is survived by: his wife Janice Crews (Burse); his children, Rita Crews (Glen) and James Porter Crews of Memphis, TN; his sisters, Margie Ballard of Trimble, TN and Virginia Ferrell of Friendship, TN.; and his grandchildren, John Dee Crews, James Brandon Crews, Sabrina Nicole Parnell and Ashlynn Elena Brandon.
