He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Robert Moore and Tommy Douglas Murray; his great-grandparents, Annabelle Owen, Helen Lever and Paul Lever; and his uncle Bob Moore.

He is survived by: his parents, Joey Moore and Kelly Presley; his siblings, Joseph Moore and Brennen Moore; his niece Presley Moore; his nephew Conner Price; his grandmothers, Carolyn Denton and Rosemary Dismang; and his great-grandparent Walter Owen.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Peyton's honor.
