She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul E. and Nellie I. Karger; her daughter Margo; and her brother James Karger. She is survived by: her daughter Vickie Cortese (Victor) of Cordova, TN; her granddaughters, Glenna Adamec (Erik) and Andrea Baker; and her great grandchildren, Renee, Mia and Andrew.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established for St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
