She was predeceased by: her parent Merdia Wright Thomas; her siblings, Shirley Schaum, Carolyn Thomas and Willie Thomas, Sr.; and her husband George Hughes.
She is survived by: her daughters, Ronetta Woods-Honorable (Rozelle) and Pauletta Gayle Geeter (Jamal); her grandchildren, Jaden, Gavin, Dylan, Maryn and James; her brother James Thomas; and her nieces and nephews, Pomeranian and Meeko.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Rs Lewis & Sons (374 Vance Ave, Memphis, TN 38126).
