We bid farewell to Michael Bruce Smith of Memphis, Tennessee, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 8, 2025 at the age of 72. Michael Bruce touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Udell Smith and Geraldine Smith of Jonesboro; and his brother Stephen "Rex" Smith of League City, Texas.. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann; his sons, Shane Carmichael of Denver and Ryan Carmichael (Jenny) of Germantown, Tennessee.; his grandsons, Knox Carmichael, Miles Carmichael and Corbin Carmichael; his brother David Smith; and his sister-in-law Elizabeth Smith. He is also survived by three nieces and a nephew; as well as several great-nieces and great-nephews.
