He is survived by: his parents, Karen Baker of Memphis and Tommy Baker (Roberta) of Hernando; his grandparents, Tom, Hazel and Ruby Baker; his girlfriend Cecilia Perez; his girlfriend's child Kaelen; his aunts, Judy Hargis, Donna Mallory and Debbie Baker; and his cousins, Amanda, Amber, Clayton, Courtney, Erin, Darla and Steven. He is also survived by many other family members and a large number of friends.

The family requests that memorials be directed to charities helping with drug prevention and rehabilitation.
