She was predeceased by: her parents, Square Cox and Ida-Bell Cox (Hines); her daughter Hattie Mae; her siblings, Clara, Earl and Willie; and her grandson Myles.
She is survived by: her children, Sarah (Dolly), Kathleen, Debra, Terri, Stephanie (Germaine) and Joe; and her granddaughter Marilyn of Memphis Tennessee. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and 20 great-great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
