He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin E. Edwards, Sr. and Addie Faye Vaughan Edwards; and his brother Charles. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Roberts of Memphis; his father-in-law William Wallace Roberts (Martin); his daughter Michelle; his grandson Elliot; his son Martin E. Edwards III; and his grandchildren, Madeline Edwards and Martin "Elliot" Edwards IV.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Grace-St. Luke's Episcopal Church (1720 Peabody Ave, Memphis, TN 38104).
