She was predeceased by: her parents, Adrian Carmon and Maurine Delois Hammond Carmon. She is survived by: her son Jeremiah Johnson (Melissa) of Nashville, Tennessee; and her caregiver Sandra Walton (Bill) of Dyersburg. She is also survived by extended family members and friends.
