He is survived by: his wife Laura Collins; his sisters, Sharon Phillippi and Donna Mary Hamby; his children, Melissa Stafford, Alyssa McNamara, Marquita Cubitt, Mark Kilcullen, Joseph Collins and Patric McNamara; and his grandchildren, Zoey, Jaxon, Jaron and Mikayla.
