In the sacred silence of farewell, Linda is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Linda's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Will Moore and Helen Moore. She is survived by: her husband Ned; her daughters, Kranise Hawthorne (Louis) and Toi Lauderdale of Memphis, Tennessee; her grandchildren, British Echols (Aaron) and Halyn Hunt; her daughters, Legend and Cirius; her sisters, Donna Walker of West Memphis and Sheila Moore of Chicago, Illinois; and also Anora Echols of Charlotte. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Rs Lewis & Sons (3651 Austin Peay Hwy, Memphis, TN 38127). A burial was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery (4000 Forest Hill Irene Rd, Memphis, TN 38125).
