He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lee and Nannie Ragland, Sr.; his wife Dr. Carolyn Boyland Ragland; his sister Gloria White (Robert) of Little Rock; and his brother-in-law Melvin Boyland (Julia) of Los Angeles. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
