Hayes, Jr. (Treach), Zennia Hayes, Johnnia Shields (Michael) and Mallory Richmond; his stepdaughters, Carolyn Malone and Dorothy Tisdale; his siblings, James Hayes, Claudia Spann, Madeline Sallis, Frank Hayes, Zennia Adams, Pastor Joe E. Hayes, Bobbie0, Carl Hayes, Pastor Charles Hayes (Carolyn), Omega Hayes Baker and Anthony Hayes; and his cousin Michael Jones. He is also survived by his son, daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
