He is survived by: his sister Sally Hale Pittman of Holiday Island, Arkansas; his niece Lauren Hale Kimball of Sparks, Nevada; and his nephews, Dax Hale of San Antonio, Billy Hale of Pensacola, Florida. and Tripp Hale of Pensacola, Florida..
A memorial service will be held later this year after Covid-19 pandemic protocols have been lifted.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the Paralyzed Veterans of America.
