He is survived by: his wife Myrtle Louise Tacker; and his children, Judy Hoffman (Mike), Teresa Hoskins (Hugh), Vickie Hickman (Mitch) and Stephen Tacker (Dawn). He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
