With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Katherine Schwartz of Memphis, Tennessee, who passed away on February 17, 2023 at the age of 101. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband William B. Schwartz of Memphis; and her siblings, R. W. Hyde, Jr., Zach Hyde, Irene Herman (Bae) and Dan Hyde (Kenneth Hyde).

She is survived by: her sister-in-law Mary Hyde of Mocksville, NC; and her nieces and nephews, Robert W. Hyde, III of Houston, B. F. Herman, III of San Francisco, CA, Patti Harrell of Mocksville, NC, Susan Adams of Franklin, TN and Robert Hyde of Germantown, TN..

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be sent to First Baptist Church of Memphis.
