With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Josie L Smith (Memphis, Tennessee), who passed away on January 2, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Phillips and Ola Phillips; her stepmother Genevieve Phillips; and her husband Winston Franklin Smith. She is survived by: her children, Geoffrey Smith, Alan Smith and Holly Linaburg (David, Craig Smith); her grandchildren, Geoffrey, Allison, Cory and Danielle; and her great grandchildren, Layla, Cora Jo, Nicholas, Greyson, Colton and Edith.
In lieu of flowers, donations to The Ronald McDonald house of Memphis and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital of Memphis will gladly be accepted in memory of Josie Lee Smith.
