Joseph Tiscia Obituary

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph R. Tiscia Sr. and Helen Makris Tiscia; his wife Barbara Overholser Tiscia; his daughters, Helena Tiscia (Lainie) and Lauren Tiscia Gillespie; and his siblings, Paul Tiscia and Andrea Tiscia Farrell. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
