He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Mullins and Ethel Blanche Mullins; his son Jamal Mullins; his wife Francis Mullins; his grandparents, Remar and Mary Miller; and his siblings, Otis Jr., Robert Lewis, Herman Lee, Harold Franklin Mullins, Margaret, Margarite Mullins, Emma Louise Simmons, Esther Willis and Ethel Belle Starks.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Mary Pearl Mullins of Detroit, Michigan; and his caregivers, Sandra and Dwight Perkins.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Memorial Park Poplar (5668 Poplar Ave, Memphis, TN 38119).
