“In loving memory of Joseph Brown Raines, I had the privilege of knowing Joe Raines as a teacher. What can I say...he lightened the room like no other. You could not help but adore his way with words, willingness to please, and positive attitude. He came into my life at a time when I needed him as much as he needed me. I also had the privilege of teaching his brother, Taylor and becoming good friends with his parents, Lovie and Richard. My heart is very heavy realizing Joe was taken too soon.”
