He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Lucille and John Wiley Bullard; and his sister Edith Terry. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Lee Byrd Bullard; his children, Michelle Bullard Chatfield and John Michael Bullard, Jr. (Kimberly); his sisters, Sandi Childress and JoAnne Reinhardt; and his grandchildren, Audrey Lynn Chatfield, McKenna Leigh Bullard and Leia Rose Bullard. He is also survived by extended family, and many cherished friends, neighbors.
Memorial donations may be made in Mike's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Rheumatology Research Foundation.
