He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Felt and Rosa Felt; and his siblings, Sureva Stevens and William Felt (Bill). He is survived by: his wife Fredrika Loewenberg Felt; and his children, Gwyn Wachtel (Jeff), Ross Felt (Abigail) and Rachel Tasch (Ted). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Levy-Cooper Chapel - Temple Israel Cemetery (1708 Hernando Rd, Memphis, TN 38106).
In honor of his memory, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Fredrika and Joel Felt scholarship fund at the University of Memphis Loewenberg College of Nursing, Temple Israel or a charity of your choice.
