Webster of Memphis and LaPorsha Ceesay (Ousman) of Minnesota; his siblings, Mandy J. Wiggins, Randi J. Hayes (Michael), James W. Wiggins and Melvin Wiggins; and also Dolly. He is also survived by four grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
