Janet Nichols Statler Cassiday Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 15, 2021, at the age of 79, Janet Nichols Statler Cassiday of Memphis, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dollie Cox and Don O. Nichols; her son Michael Statler, Sr.; and her parents-in-law, Tyla and Oakley Cassiday.
She is survived by: her husband Oakley Cassiday; her children, Kevin Statler, Felicia Statler Davis (Kent) and Debra Statler; her daughter-in-law Kathleen Statler; and her brother Don R. Nichols. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p. m., Saturday, April 24, 2021, at Memorial Gardens, Memphis, following COVID protocols.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children or your local humane society.
