He was predeceased by: his parent Octalona C.. He is survived by: his parent Hazel Annamae Smith Turnbow; his daughter Penelope Yvonne Turnbow (Donna Hester) of Memphis; his grandchildren, Alexandria Mariah Turnbow, James Nicholas Turnbow and Olivia Yvonne Turnbow; his brother Donnie Ray Turnbow (Paige) of Crump; and also, James Douglas Turnbow (Doug) and Angela of Crump.
