It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Lockridge of Memphis, Tennessee, born in Tremont, Mississippi, who passed away on April 6, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Grafton Lochridge; his sister Sybil Kelly; and his son-in-law Bruce Allen. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne; his daughters, Teresa Allen of Memphis and Shelia Rodriguez (Freddy) of Olive Branch, Mississippi; his siblings, Sue Huckabee (Jimmy) of O'Fallon and Jerry Lochridge (Linda) of Olive Branch, Mississippi.; and his grandchildren, Jason Allen, Adam Rodriguez, Steven Allen and Julie Magusiak (Matt).

Donations in his honor may be sent to the Berclair Baptist Church at 4584 Summer Ave, Memphis, TN 38122.
