It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harriett Parnell (Memphis, Tennessee), who passed away on December 17, 2018, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Finley and Anna Williams Finley. She is survived by: her spouse Michael Parnell; her sons, Jerry A Bowers of Memphis, TN and Dedrick Bell; and her siblings, Harry Cooper and Sandra Greer.
