She was predeceased by: her parents, Bishop Clarence Perkins and Geraldine Perkins. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Skylur, Scottie, Sailas and Charity; her children, Melisa Conner (Calvin) and Jermaine Gaines; her siblings, Bobbie, Tammie, Lavern (Timothy), Sandra, Lisa (Curtis), Kenneth and Michael Perkins; and her aunt Clara. She is also survived by cousin, nieces nephews and friends.
Gwen life we be forever cherished by her daughter Melisa Conner (Calvin), her son Jermaine Gaines her grandchildren Skylur, Scottie, and Sailas and Charity.
