It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Grace C. Lilly of Memphis, Tennessee, who passed away on March 30, 2025, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis A. Gibson and Lilly Mae Wilson Gibson; her husband Jennings Lee Lilly; her daughters, Roxanne Lilly Andrews, Sandra Lilly Jones and Cheryl Lilly Rogers; and her siblings, Geraline Gibson Roberts, Darlene Thompson and Archie R. Gibson.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Lilly Melton, Colleen Lilly Long (Tom), Renee Lilly, Rickey Wayne Lilly (Brenda) and Larry Lee Lilly (Alice). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
