It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George McLean Jr. (Memphis, Tennessee), born in Greenwood, Mississippi, who passed away on June 30, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lenore Kimbrough and George Hite McLean; his wife Virginia Bell Overton (Hite); his children, George Hite McLean III of Memphis and Mathilde McLean Crosby (Mark); and his grandson Samuel McLean Crosby of Memphis.
