He was predeceased by: his parents, Kitty West Bond and George Eldridge Bond, Sr.; his parents-in-law, Elena Signaigo Deming and James Alton Deming; his siblings, Barbara Bond Smith and Joseph Stanton Bond; his niece Michelle Bond Branch; and his nephew Kurt Smith.

He is survived by: his wife Linda Deming Bond; his brother-in-law Billy Howell (Cecelia) of Cumming, Georgia; and his nieces and nephews, Evan Bell (Melissa) of Conway, Eric Smith (Gayla) of Greenbrier, Bill Howell (Jennifer) of Cumming Georgia, Mary Beth Howell of Atlanta, Brenda Howell (Mark Munson) of Alpharetta Georgia and Taylor Williams (Jeff) of Memphis Tennessee. He is also survived by numerous great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and friends.
