It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fred Sidney Smith III of Memphis, Tennessee, who passed away on October 17, 2021, at the age of 29, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his father Fred; his sister Kate Mallory (Neely); his nephew Neely Mallory; his niece Annie Mallory; and his grandmother Irene Orgill. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to PURE Youth Athletic Alliance (4847 Amey Rd., Memphis, TN 38109), Church Health (1350 Concourse Avenue #142, Memphis, TN 38104), or the charity of choice.
