He is survived by: his children, Helen Lilly, Jasmine Lilly of Tupelo, MS, Jamal Lilly (Tarsha) of Memphis, TN. and Chadwick Lilly of Memphis, TN.; his grandchildren, Rodney Strickland of Memphis, TN, Jacob Lilly of Atlanta, GA, Dominick Barconia of Memphis, TN and Charlize Reames of Memphis, TN; his great grandchild Terrion Hodges; and his sisters, Ellen (Larry), Lilly of Detroit, MI, Laranin Lilly of Lansing, MI and Michelle (Randy) of Lansing, MI..

Visitation was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Serenity Funeral Home (1638 Sycamore View Rd, Memphis, TN 38134). A committal service was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the West Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery (4000 Forest Hill Irene Rd, Memphis, TN 38125). A memorial service was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mt. Sinai Baptist Church (1667 S Lauderdale St, Memphis, TN 38106).
