She was predeceased by: her husband Lee Bourland; and her son Eddie Gowens. She is survived by: her children, Teresa Gowens and Tommy Gowens; and her siblings, Bob Barnes and Ruth McDonald. She is also survived by five grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
