He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene McKenzie and Emma McKenzie; and his grandson Drew Michael Atkin. He is survived by: his children, David E. McKenzie, Susan Lynne McKenzie of Phoenix and Sharon Evrard of Memphis, Tennessee; his sister Mary Grace Faires of Hattiesburg, Mississippi; and his grandchild Xaviara Amber Atkin.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the First Memphis United Methodist Church (2024 N 2nd St, Memphis, TN 38105). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
