She was predeceased by: her father Walter Lee Hubbard; and her spouse Deputy Chief Carl W. Stotts. She is survived by: her mother Edith Faye Scott Hubbard; her grandchildren, Michael Eric Mitchum (Keenan) of Portland, OR., Edward R. Hills, III of Atlanta, GA, Erika Renee Hills and Drake Dudley (Amanda); her great grandchildren, Olivia Valentine Mitchum, Miles Eric Mitchum and Drake Dudley, Jr.; and her siblings, Mary Alice McWilliam (Leo), Walter Lee Hubbard, Jr. (Gladys) of Los Angeles, CA, Ella Long (Newton) of Downers Grove, IL, Edith Powers (Curtis), Elma Hubbard Mardis (William), Edward Scott Hubbard (Mamie) of Los Angeles, CA, Lonnie Hubbard (Beverly) of Chicago, IL. and Margaret Hubbard Strong (Odis). She is also survived by three children, three grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family asked that donations be made to the River City Links Mardis-Stotts Scholarship Fund at LeMoyne Owen College.
