She was predeceased by: her parent Jency Gilliland; her spouse Woodie W. Garner; her daughter Deborah Garner Steplock; her father Bob Gilliland; and her siblings, Azilee Gilliland Smith, Shirley Gilliland Thompson, Edward Gilliland and Russel Gilliland.
She is survived by: her daughters, Diane Garner Ward (Sam) and Kelly Garner Young (David Lusby); her son-in-law Louis Steplock; her grandchildren, Barbara Lee Steplock (Andy Blonigen), Lesley Steplock, Becca Steplock Johnston (Greg), Betsi Steplock, Andrew Steplock, Lauren Johnson (Josh), Zachery Young (Amy), Emily Lannom (Alex), Matthew Young and Max Lusby; her great grandchildren, Clayton Wayne Johnston, Garner Johnston, Jax Johnson, Luke Johnson, Noah Young and Mary Katherine Young; her siblings, Jane Gilliland Knoop (Harold) and Donald Gilliland; and her brother-in-law Travis Thompson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
