He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Brown and Myra Brown; his son David Jr. (DeeJay); and his siblings, Walter Leonard, Glenn Brown and Chandra Renee Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Lauresa Brown; and his siblings, Linda Brown of Southaven, Carolyn Brown of Memphis and Michael Brown (LaTayna) of Memphis, TN.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, god-children, in-laws, and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
