David Keith Drew Obituary
David Keith Drew, 64, of Memphis, TN passed away Thursday, October 7, 2021, at Methodist Hospice in Memphis. David is survived by his wife, Antoinette (Toni) Drew; his daughters, April Drew and Leiah Drew Hightower, both of Springhill; his brother Robert "Kenny" Drew of Memphis and five beautiful grandchildren. David's intelligence and achievements were impressive.
He completed high school and college within a six-year period. He earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Memphis in 1980, graduating Cum Laude. His determination to succeed built a successful career as an executive that spanned over the course of 35 years. He served as CFO, CEO, and President of several large multi-layer corporations.
David was a good man who was kind and extraordinarily generous. He was integrity personified. Anyone who knew David was charmed by his quirky wit and unconventional ways. His distinctive style always came through in his humor and his love of a beautiful home, fine food and good times. He enjoyed traveling the world, live music, family and his loyal furry companions, Derby and Stella.
He absolutely rocked a white dress shirt, cufflinks, a navy blazer and jeans and he knew it. He will be remembered always with love, laughter and tears. He was a faithful husband, friend, father, grandfather, son and brother. David is resting today and passed with gratefulness. He rests with his parents, Oliver and Nell Drew, in the family plot in Memphis, TN.
