He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Palmer and Elizabeth Wilkins Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Bingham Palmer; his daughter Donna Howard of Eads; his stepson Jesse Brents; and his grandchildren, Danielle Howard of Glendale, Brandon Simpson of Collierville, Tim Millette of Germantown, Stephanie Boggan (Steven) of Southaven and Jennifer.
