He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Palmer and Elizabeth Wilkins Palmer; his former wife Suzanne Palmer; and his daughter Bonnie Millette. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Bingham Palmer; his daughter Donna Howard of Eads; his stepson Jesse Brents; his grandchildren, Danielle Howard of Glendale, Brandon Simpson of Collierville, Tim Millette of Germantown, Stephanie Boggan (Steven) of Southaven and Jennifer Battaglia (Rick) of Nesbit, Mississippi; his great grandchildren, Sophia and Sadie Boggan; and his half-brother Gary Arnold of Phoenix, Arizona..
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Memorial Park Funeral Home (5668 Poplar Ave, Memphis, TN 38119). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Memorial Park Cemetery (5668 Poplar Ave, Memphis, TN 38119).
