He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. William "Doc" Kobler and Carla Kobler; and his sister Linda Faulkner (Wayne). He is survived by: his children, William, Grant, Reid and Elizabeth; and his brother William "Bubba" Kobler (Debbie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family is requesting memorial donations in his name be provided to the Cairo Preservation Fund, in care of the Cairo Public Library, PO Box 151, Cairo, Illinois 62914.
