She is survived by: her husband John Robert Purifoy; her children, Michael Purifoy (Lisa) and Melissa Reaves (Ken); her grandsons, Jacob Purifoy (Olivia), Owen Purifoy and Brandon Reaves; her stepgrandchildren, Michael Hale and Amber Haynes; and her great grandchild Waylon Purifoy. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
